Today I really only had about 40 minutes to get in a workout and shower afterwards, because I needed to stop by the grocery store, also on my lunch break, to pick up stuff for dinner.
I did 20 minutes on the exercise bike, burning just over 200 calories and “riding” 5.64 miles on medium resistance/intensity.

I just suck and forget to post on this blog.
I’ve hit the gym twice this week so far. Yesterday was the best workout, though.
It was a quick, 30-minute sprint:
10 minutes on the elliptical machine, with the resistance set to 11. Burned 102 calories.
Neutral grip pulldown on the Lat machine. Two sets of 8 reps @ 80 lbs.
